We currently ship within the United States and offer international shipping through Asendia.
Orders placed with a credit card must be shipped to the cardholder at the credit card's billing address, with the following exceptions: Military, Fire/Police Department, or University addresses.
Most orders can also be shipped to the cardholder’s verified place of business. To ensure a smooth processing experience, please include the business name and phone number when shipping to a business address.
At our discretion, a signature may be required upon delivery.
All international orders are shipped via Asendia, a global cross-border delivery service. Most shipments take 2 to 3 weeks, though in some cases, they may take up to 4 weeks.
Important: To avoid shipping delays, please enter your phone number at checkout so that customs can contact you directly if needed.
Due to ongoing global shipping delays, international orders may take longer to arrive. We now require a waiting period of 90 days from the purchase date before taking action on delayed shipments. If your package has not arrived after 90 days, we can discuss potential solutions, such as a replacement or refund.*
Please Note: Once a package has entered its destination country, we may no longer be able to track it. Additionally, we are unable to contact foreign customs offices on your behalf. If your package is marked as received within your country but has not yet arrived, please check with your local postal service before reaching out to us.
At this time, we cannot ship every product to every country. While your country may appear in the checkout drop-down menu, this does not guarantee that all items are available for shipment.
Apparel items such as hats, shirts, and sweatshirts can be shipped to more countries than some of our other products. If you receive an error message stating “No delivery available” at checkout, this means that specific items in your cart cannot be shipped to your location.
Please Note: We do not ship orders to third-party shipping companies or hotels.
We have no control over international shipping times, and currently, no carrier is guaranteeing delivery dates. Estimated timeframes provided at checkout are only general guidelines.
Orders placed after business hours on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday morning, including expedited shipments.
Regardless of the shipping method chosen at checkout, global shipping delays and customs processing in your country may extend delivery times. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for these delays.
We are legally required to declare the full value of international orders and cannot mark packages as gifts or lower their declared value. Requests to alter customs declarations will not be accommodated.
If you are ordering internationally, please be aware that your country may require you to pay taxes and duties upon import. These fees are separate from your order total and shipping costs and are collected by your country’s postal or customs service.
Important: Duties and taxes are non-refundable, even in the case of a return.
If your package has been marked as delivered by USPS but you have not received it, here are a few possible reasons:
Additionally, if you are using a freight forwarder or mail forwarding service, please note that our responsibility ends at the address provided at checkout. If your package is marked as delivered to a forwarding location, we are not liable for lost or damaged shipments. The same applies to deliveries made to hotels, motels, Airbnb locations, or third-party receiving services—refunds and replacements will not be offered in these cases.
Important: If USPS marks your package as delivered, we do not offer refunds or replacements.
