A modular double-ended lockpick design, crafted from 0.019" High Yield 301 Stainless Steel. These picks allow you to combine two profiles into a single tool, reducing the time spent switching picks while picking.
During Saintcon’s Vault Contest, I found myself starting with a rake to get a false set and a short hook to finish up. With a double-ended tool, I can transition quicker—less fumbling when second counts.
This design isn’t just for competition; it makes everyday picking easier, whether you’re on the go or just relaxing on the couch. Instead of carrying multiple separate picks, you can customize your setup with your preferred profiles in a single, streamlined tool.
These are still in the prototype phase, and I’m refining the design based on real-world use. When you buy a set, you’ll get a Google Form link to share your thoughts—your feedback will help shape the final version!
This system isn’t meant to replace the V5 full-tang picks—those are still the premium choice for ergonomic use. However, the most popular profiles from this set may be offered in V5 versions later.
They ended up being credit-card-length while keeping the width enough to use even without a handle. That said, injected handles are in the works, and I plan to start machining molds later this year based on feedback.
If you want to be part of shaping the future of this modular pick system, grab a set and let me know what you think!
